Select the product from your international shopping platform

Find what you want on Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian or Yupoo, and confirm the style, colour and size. Saving the product or store makes it easier to order later.

Paste the link into Pikobuy

Drop the product link — or just a keyword — into the Pikobuy search box and they'll pull up the item for you. Can't find it? Their support runs 24 hours.

Step 03

Submit and pay for the item

Pick your options — colour, size, quantity — then submit the order and pay for the item itself. Shipping comes later. If something turns out to be out of stock, you get refunded.

Warehouse check

Once it reaches the Pikobuy warehouse they check it in, photograph it and look it over for defects. You can also ask for lighter or reinforced packaging at this point.

Pay the shipping

Wait for the parcel

Tracking usually appears within three days of dispatch. International shipping takes a while — keep an eye on the tracking and it'll turn up.
