Two stages. The seller sends your item to the Pikobuy warehouse within a few days, then it waits there until you choose a line and pay. Tracking shows up within about three days of dispatch; the leg to your country depends entirely on which line you picked — the calculator shows the current estimate for each one.

It is priced per parcel by weight, size, destination and line, so the real number only exists once your items are in the warehouse and weighed. Pikobuy compares every available line before you commit, adds a platform fee of 8% of that shipping cost, and code FRANK takes 30% off the shipping charge.

If your country charges them, yes — Pikobuy's terms put duties, taxes and any broker fees on you rather than on them. That is standard for every proxy service. The line you choose changes how and when those charges are collected, so read the line descriptions before you pick one.

What if my parcel is delayed, lost or stopped at customs?

Parcels travel with third-party carriers, and Pikobuy says plainly that seizures, damage, loss and peak-season delays are outside their control. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse the return window is over, which is exactly why the QC photos are worth the two minutes. Pikobuy will still take a quality complaint to the seller for you, but the outcome is the seller's call, not theirs.

Prices on this site are the seller's CNY price converted to USD at a fixed rate, so you can scan the list without doing maths. Pikobuy charges in CNY at the live rate, so the final number moves a little either way.
